ECOBLOCK CS - Inhibiting additive

The inhibitory additive “ECOBLOCK CS” is a liquid dispersion of asphalt materials (gilsonites) in a mixture of glycols. Designed to improve the inhibitory ability of flushing fluids during the construction and repair of oil and gas wells, as well as underground tanks.
Applicable to all types of water- and hydrocarbon-based flushing fluids.
Technical features:
- Reduces filtrate losses under high pressure and temperature conditions;
- Has good stability at elevated temperatures up to 180-200 C;
- Stabilizes troublesome shales and reduces wellbore erosion, helps compact depleted sands;
- Reduces torque and resistance;
- Does not have any side effects on the properties of standard drilling fluid;
- Reduces the overall cost of well construction.
Characteristics:
- Blocks wellbore cracks;
- Prevents clay hydration;
- Prevents wall collapses;
- Improves the lubricating properties of drilling fluid;
- Suitable for RVO and OBM types of flushing fluids.
The additive for drilling fluids "ECOBLOK CS" is packaged in clean and dry steel barrels in accordance with GOST 13950, type 1 or according to GOST 6247 with a capacity of 200 kg.
