ECOBLOCK – Dry filtration reducer

Dry filtration reducer “ECOBLOCK” is used as microcolmatant, high-pressure filtration reducer and stabilizer for unstable clay shales, as well as coal deposits, preventing their shedding.
Technical features:
- Reduces filtrate losses under high pressure and temperature conditions;
- Has good stability at elevated temperatures up to 180-200 C;
- Stabilizes troublesome shales and reduces wellbore erosion, helps compact depleted sands;
- Reduces torque and resistance;
- Does not have any side effects on the properties of standard drilling fluid;
- Reduces the overall cost of well construction.
Dry filtration reducer "ECOBLOCK" is supplied in polypropylene bags in accordance with GOST 30090, with a laminated inner layer or with a sewn-in film bag-liner in accordance with GOST 19360 or in multi-layer paper bags (at least three layers) with a laminated inner layer or with a sewn-in film bag-liner according to GOST 19360, with a net weight of no more than 25 kg.
